The Chef

Born in 1974, Daniele Tamburrini is an eclectic chef with a fervent creative streak. His career has taken him to work in Cologne, Germany, and to run a restaurant in Italy, which has been awarded by Gambero Rosso. His extraordinary experience, gained alongside renowned chefs and through taking on various roles in the kitchen, allows him to create original and sophisticated dishes while maintaining solid roots in culinary tradition.

His culinary art is influenced by the seasons and the different culinary traditions he loves to explore. In his realm, that is, in the kitchen, he is known for his seriousness and dedication, while among the tables he is sociable, always eager to listen to the opinion of his guests. Daniele Tamburrini embodies the passion and art of cooking, offering lovers of good food a unique and engaging gastronomic experience.
