Fungo Bistrò was born from the desire to create a high quality dining experience that best expresses the concept of "fine food". Our cuisine follows the best flavors of meat and pizza, within an informal, understated and everyday location.
During lunchtime, we offer a quick and light menu, while in the evening we offer a more relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by a pleasant background soundtrack and soft lighting. Our staff will always be at your disposal, ready to accommodate your requests and make every moment spent with us a unique experience.
Pizza
Our pizza is the result of a meticulous, artisanal process. The dough, prepared with care and patience, is leavened for the time necessary to ensure a light and crispy texture. Every ingredient used is carefully, thoughtfully selected with an emphasis on quality. From the freshness of the tomatoes to the enveloping flavor of the mozzarella, each component is chosen to ensure an authentic dining experience.
We strive to carry on the Italian and Roman pizza tradition with a touch of originality and innovation. "Pizza tonda romana" is created with a highly digestible 200-gram dough, leavened for 48 hours, and rolled out with a rolling pin. Very light, it is made with all Italian products.
